Lilly Coward competed in the heats for the 1500m on Saturday and after a gutsy run at the front, the pack got a way with a final sprint to bring Lilly home in 6th missing out on a place in the final. Lilly said she was gutted she couldn't go at the end, but her training shows she can so she will be back.
