Training partners Jay Sanders and Roddy Ostle (both U17) finished in a 1 - 2 in the 400m ahead of 2 senior athletes. Both boys got PBs (Roddy his 3rd this season!) with Jay finishing in 51.21 and Roddy in 52.92. Jay's time puts him 2nd U17 in the South East and 12th in the UK! Roddy's time puts him just outside the top 40.
U15 Kimora Okeke and her brother Kyron (U13) were in the same race in the 100m and finished 2nd and 4th and Kyron got a new PB of 14.52. This follows personal bests for both athletes in the 200m at the Invicta Open on Monday.
