Under a cloudy, grey sky, the grounds of Bolesover Castle in Chester were a roit of colour as they hosted the Saucony English National Cross Country Champs and flying the flag for Invicta East Kent were Jake Stevens and Teigan Sullivan.
Jake secured a fantastic 4th pace in the U17M against a strong field, and Teigan had a good run to finish a very commendable 62nd in the U20W.
2024 should see the competition move to a more accessible location in the Midlands so hopefully we wil be able to field a deeper team.
